    5. To accept the consequences of refusing recommended treatment by healthcare providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. To approve or decline the transfer of care to another physician or healthcare facility when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. To take responsibility for the outcomes resulting from refusal of care or treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. To return any borrowed or damaged items to the healthcare facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. To accept responsibility for payment of any services provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. To comply with the healthcare center\u2019s rules and regulations, including non-smoking policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
